PROQUIVI GASIFIERS, through telephone call, (available from 09:00 am to the 18:00 pm) from monday to friday, commits in assisting their clients (only in Chile). Procedure to follow in urgent cases: the client contacts Proquivi office manifesting his problem. The administration registers the complaint and drifts the call to a technician that will attend the problem, he will give instructions for a prompt solution. If the problem persists after several intents, the technician will inform management to organize a field assistance (only in Chile). All consultations, requirements and claims will be attended by PROQUIVI GASIFIERS from its headquarters in Padre Orellana 1499 (9:00 hours till 18:00 hours) by telephone, fax, electronic mail, web site or personally (only in Chile).
